If you are a true home entertainment enthusiast, you’ve spent a lot of time and energy in your home theater components. Those that have not taken the time to create a whole entertainment system out of separate home theater components don’t really understand the commitment that one have towards his system. Your home theater components were very carefully chosen and placed in order to create the most amazing visual and auditory experience possible. This is why there is nothing more heartbreaking for a home entertainment enthusiast than to come home to home theater components that appear to be broken. Whenever we find that our home theater components are not working properly it’s almost as if we have lost a family member and we very quickly enter into freak out mode. The funny thing is that sometimes our home theater components are not really broken, but we are just dealing with a cable that has gone awry. A friend of mine had recently bought a Breatheaudio home audio system and came home to problems and very quickly thought he would need new home theater components, but after what seemed like hours of tinkering we found out that there was nothing wrong with his home theater components, it was just an old bad cable.
This got me curious to see if there were any home theater components that could help diagnose a system so that we didn’t have to spend hours troubleshooting or even worse throwing out a system that worked just fine. Needless to say, my search didn’t produce too many home theater components like the one I was looking for, but while perusing Super Stop Entertainment—an online superstore located at www.superstopentertainment.com which in my opinion has one of the best electronic inventories—for a TV wall mount later that day, I stumbled upon the BreatheAudio Cable Tester which I think is one of the coolest and most needed home theater components in the home entertainment world. This is excellent for my friend because it goes hand in hand with his Breatheaudio Elevate system so he can test all wires and cables in his entertainment room. I think this is such a time saver, because he won’t have to switch cable upon cables to find the defective one. He can just plug it into the tester and get a reading. But what I really like about this gem of home theater components is that, as stated in the product description, this item can be used to test any CAT5 cable, so it can be used to test any CAT5 cable in your house not only in your entertainment room. I think that if we are willing to spend so much time on choosing the right home theater components then we should look into items like the BreatheAudio Cable Tester to safeguard our investment.
